The use of the BotInLaw Sites is governed by these Terms & Conditions, the various disclaimers appearing on our site, and our Privacy Policy. By visiting or using the BotInLaw Sites you agree to be bound by these terms. In addition, you understand that the specific method, features and services offered on the BotInLaw Sites may be altered, improved, removed or adapted at any time by BotInLaw in its sole discretion and without any notice. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this site.

No Responsibility for Posts

BotInLaw.com assumes no responsibility for the posts or the information contained therein, nor does it make any claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, competence or completeness of any of the information or advice in the posts. Use the advice and information provided AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Ownership of Content

• BotInLaw retain all ownership rights to its content. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of their content.

• By posting content on the website, you grant the website a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and create derivative works of your content. This license is limited to the purposes of operating and maintaining the website.

• You agree that you will not post any content that infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.

Inappropriate Content

You agree that you will not use the BotInLaw Sites to post any advertisement or other commercial messages. You agree that you will not post any knowingly false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, harassing, obscene, sexually oriented or threatening message, or material that is illegally invasive of another person's privacy. BotInLaw will attempt to delete any inappropriate posts as quickly as possible; however, submissions are generally posted in real-time and typically are not reviewed by BotInLaw before they are posted to the site. As a User of the BotInLaw Sites, if you see inappropriate content at BotInLaw.com, we would appreciate your bringing such posting to our attention.

Indemnification

You agree that you are solely responsible for anything you post on the BotInLaw Sites and you agree to indemnify and hold BotInLaw harmless from and against any claim, loss, damage, expense or liability (including attorney's fees and costs) that may result, in whole or in part, from your posts/submissions or use of the BotInLaw Sites.

Refunds

Service fees full/partials are only refundable if commitments in terms sheet are not met.

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions and use of BotInLaw Services, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in exclusion of all other courts.

Modification of Terms

BotInLaw may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this site following any change constitutes your acceptance of the change. We therefore ask you to review these Terms & Conditions occasionally to ensure that you are aware of the most recent version.

Interpretation of the Terms & Conditions

This agreement shall not be construed against any party, regardless as to who may have drafted the Agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws.

Terms Sheet

1. Customer has paid service fee using UPI.

2. Customer has provided all RTI details over WhatsApp as Text & Voice messages.

3. Customer has reviewed the final draft within 24 hours. If no response in 24 hours, BotInLaw assumes customer is fine with the draft and ha approved for filing.

4. BotInLaw will share the RTI response over WhatsApp and marked the service status as Closed.

5. BotInLaw will regularly communicate service status even if there is delay in RTI response from Govt. Service status remain Open.

6. BotInLaw will stop communicating service status if RTI response is delayed from Govt for more than 6 months. Update the Service status as Dropped.

Terms Sheet

1. Customer has provided all Traffic Notice/Challans over WhatsApp as Text & Voice messages.

2. Customer has paid full Notice/Challan Amount using UPI.

3. BotInLaw will settle the fine , share original receipt and refund the balance. Minimum refund is ₹100.

4. BotInLaw will share the settlement details over WhatsApp and marked the service status as Closed.

Terms Sheet

1. Customer has selected the ETA and paid required service fee using UPI.

2. Customer has provided all FIR/Compliant details over WhatsApp as Text & Voice messages.

3. Customer has reviewed the final draft within 24 hours. If no response in 24 hours, BotInLaw assumes customer is fine with draft version.

   1. If ETA is 4 hrs: First draft for review will be send over WhatsApp with-in 4 hrs. If ETA is missed then BotInLaw will do this service for FREE!

   2. If ETA is 1 day: First draft for review will be send over WhatsApp with-in 24 hrs. If ETA is missed then BotInLaw will do this service for FREE!

4. BotInLaw will share the final copy of FIR/Compliant over WhatsApp and marked the service status as Closed.
